Wellbeing
We offer wellbeing events and activities designed to help people reconnect with nature in a safe, welcoming environment. Our smallholding is home to livestock, productive growing spaces and tranquil woodland – creating the perfect setting for relaxation, learning, and restoration. Visitors are invited to slow down, take in the sights and sounds, and experience the therapeutic benefits of being outdoors.
Our programmes are rooted in the idea of ‘nature as medicine’. Each activity makes use of the smallholding’s natural assets – whether through time with animals, hands-on gardening, or mindful walks among the trees. We create small, supportive groups where participants can learn new skills, build confidence, and enjoy social connection.

We’re committed to breaking down barriers to wellbeing. The setting is non-clinical, helping people feel at ease. Our therapeutic team blends evidence-based practices – such as mindfulness, trauma-informed approaches, and creative expression – with the simple joys of nature connection. This holistic approach supports both physical and mental health, while encouraging a sense of purpose and community.

By joining one of our events, participants can expect to feel more grounded, less isolated, and more in tune with themselves and the natural world. The benefits go beyond the individual too, strengthening community ties and fostering a shared care for the environment. Every activity offers a chance to restore wellbeing and rediscover the healing power of nature.

Sadia
Drawing on my background in community engagement, coaching, and mental health support, I understand that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. My sessions blend mindfulness practices, nature immersion, and expressive therapies to support your unique path to wellbeing. From the boardroom to the woodland floor, I’ve spent decades creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
You can join me for mindfulness, forest bathing and humming circles, please get in touch to see how I can meet your groups needs, or alternative attend one of my upcoming sessions.
Let’s explore what nature – and your own voice – can unlock for you.

Karen
I facilitate transformative experiences including meditation circles, vision board workshops, and craft-based relaxation sessions such as mindful painting. One of my signature offerings is a forest-based meditation circle—a guided group gathering in nature designed to promote deep relaxation, connection, and emotional release. These sessions incorporate grounding exercises around a fire circle, mindful breathing and walking, gentle movement, and the therapeutic practice of listening to forest sounds. I also offer creative wellbeing workshops where painting and other crafts become a pathway to relaxation, self-expression, and inner peace.

Location

Nestled in the heart of the Chiltern Hills, our smallholding has a mix of grazing, growing spaces and woodland that provide opportunity to step away from the bustle of daily life.

Our private, ancient beech woodland offers a peaceful, secluded setting . With a mix of mature trees, dense undergrowth, and natural clearings, the area provides both shelter and open space for hands-on learning. Rich in native wildlife, it’s a perfect environment to reconnect with nature and immerse in the rhythms of the wild.
