About Sadia
As a trainee psychotherapist currently pursuing my Master’s degree, I’ve discovered the profound power of sound as a therapeutic tool – from the gentle vibrations of humming to the cathartic release of scream therapy. This exploration of vocal expression complements my established skills in one-to-one therapeutic interventions, creating a holistic approach to emotional wellbeing.
My journey has evolved to embrace the healing potential of nature itself. I’m passionate about making people feel genuinely comfortable in natural spaces, offering mindfulness and forest bathing sessions that help individuals reconnect with themselves and the world around them. Whether you’ve never set foot on a forest trail or simply need permission to slow down, I create safe, welcoming experiences that meet you exactly where you are.
Drawing on my background in community engagement, coaching, and mental health support, I understand that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. My sessions blend mindfulness practices, nature immersion, and expressive therapies to support your unique path to wellbeing. From the boardroom to the woodland floor, I’ve spent decades creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
You can join me for mindfulness, forest bathing and humming circles, please get in touch to see how I can meet your groups needs, or alternative attend one of my upcoming sessions.
Let’s explore what nature – and your own voice – can unlock for you.
