Freshly baked sourdough focaccia

Sourdough is naturally leavened bread – without using commercial yeast or additives. It’s been made for thousands of years and is about as natural as you can get. We make it in the traditional way with a sourdough ‘starter’ – a mixture of organic rye flour and water that is allowed to ferment using yeasts naturally present in the air around us. 

Our dough is made from just three ingredients: Doves Farm organic flour, water, and Himalayan pink salt.  For our sourdough focaccia we then add olive oil, rock salt and our own fresh rosemary.  Then we decorate with organic kalamata olives, garlic, cherry tomatoes, and sliced onion.

We’re a very small producer – baking once or twice a week – and we sell our sourdough on a subscription basis.  If you’re interested in starting a subscription, please get in touch.

  • Fully loaded – with olives, tomatoes, onion, garlic, rosemary, rock salt.
  • Half loaded – with olives, garlic, rosemary, rock salt.
  • Unloaded – with rosemary and rock salt.
