About Karen
I’m passionate about creating inclusive spaces where people from all backgrounds can explore wellbeing, self-discovery, and personal growth. While I’m visibly Muslim, my workshops are non-faith-based unless explicitly stated otherwise—designed to welcome everyone, regardless of belief or background. I believe in the power of accessible, practical tools that uplift and empower. Whether working with children or adults, my focus is always on giving you tangible takeaways that support your ongoing wellbeing journey.
I facilitate transformative experiences including meditation circles, vision board workshops, and craft-based relaxation sessions such as mindful painting. One of my signature offerings is a forest-based meditation circle—a guided group gathering in nature designed to promote deep relaxation, connection, and emotional release. These sessions incorporate grounding exercises around a fire circle, mindful breathing and walking, gentle movement, and the therapeutic practice of listening to forest sounds. I also offer creative wellbeing workshops where painting and other crafts become a pathway to relaxation, self-expression, and inner peace.
My values center on inclusivity, empowerment, authenticity, and connection. Every person deserves a safe space to explore their wellbeing, free from judgment, and I’m committed to equipping you with tools you can use long after our session ends. I bring my whole self to this work while honoring the diversity of experiences in the room. Whether connecting with nature, with others, or with yourself, I believe these bonds are essential to healing and growth. I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse audiences—people of various faiths and no faith, different ages and life experiences—and I’m continually inspired by the resilience and wisdom each person brings to our shared space.
