Raw honey

Raw, unpasteurised honey from our own bees on our Buckinghamshire apiary.

A light, floral honey with citrus tones, made with nectar from mixed flower sources.  We strain our honey to remove impurities but avoid ultra-fine filtering.  So you retain all the benefits of this natural superfood!

Our runny and set honey is produced in the same way.  All pure honey will eventually granulate or become solid. How quickly it sets depends on the mix of glucose, fructose and pollens in the nectars foraged by the bees.
