Event Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 01-May-2025
Participant cancellations
Refund Eligibility:
7 or more days before the event: Full refund minus any processing fees.
3–6 days before the event: 50% refund.
Less than 3 days before the event or no-shows: No refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Transfer of registration
You may transfer your registration to another person by contacting us at least 48 hours before the event. Include the name and contact information of the replacement attendee.
Event cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel any event for reasons including, but not limited to, low registration, speaker unavailability, technical issues, or force majeure (such as weather, public health emergencies). If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
Rescheduling
If the event is rescheduled, your registration will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a full refund within 5 days of receiving the reschedule notice.
Virtual events
For online/virtual events, we are not responsible for participant-side technical issues (e.g., internet connectivity or hardware failure). Refunds will not be issued for these problems unless the event itself is canceled or inaccessible due to our platform failure.
